As an Ian survivor with considerable exterior damage to my home in Englewood, I consider it my lucky day when I stumbled onto one of Mike Canino's business cards. Mike was happy to discuss the repairs I needed to my home which ranged from front gable damage to missing siding on the house and shed. As we continued our conversations, I realized I could significantly strengthen my home against the next storm with sheathing for the house and shed covered with Hardie board siding. Mike already had experience with Hardie board, and I am so glad I decided to go that route and was able to engage Mike to do it. He did a great job with the siding and follow up painting, despite my house presenting him with some unexpected surprises. He is professional, highly skilled, hard-working, and remarkably easy to work with (including patience) in achieving the desired goal. I highly recommend him.

After hurricane Ian I started calling different companies to fix my lanai that was damaged and just needed major updating. No one wanted the job until I found Mike Canino Construction on Nextdoor. Thank goodness I did because wow did I get lucky. Never in a million years did I think he as the only one who works by himself could make my lanai look so amazing!! I also had a major Skunk problem and he helped cage in my decks so nothing can dig underneath my deck. He also did a couple other jobs and is so amazing at basically everything!! And one more thing Mike is so sweet. It was fun chatting everyday. I will definitely miss him but I will hire him again. Thanks Mike!!!

Mike Canino did a wonderful job re-tiling our master bathroom shower. We were so pleased with Mike’s high quality of workmanship and attention to detail.
